Over my career, I worked in many functions, from financial planning & analysis to general management to building successful partnerships with companies from start-ups to major players who served small businesses as clients.
Throughout this time, my success was based on approaching business challenges analytically and then rallying teammates and partners to implement new and unproven concepts. This happened because I was able to map out how the solution benefited everyone involved rather than only one party. It was a natural progression for me to become a Business Coach where I leverage my analytical and business development skills to make sense of the data business owners need to be more effective.
